Our seva · online encyclopedia
Vrajapedia
A living encyclopedia of the holy land of Vraja — its places, pastimes, Deities and nature.
RUENहिं — in three languages

“This beautiful Vrindavan is My abode alone. All who live here — animals, birds, trees, humans and demigods — attain it after death.”
Brihad-gautamiya Tantra
We love Vraja and try to serve this holy land and its people. Vrajapedia is another of our humble attempts to glorify the land of Sri Sri Radha-Govinda’s pastimes.

The holy places of Vraja-mandala: the kundas, groves, hills and villages where the pastimes took place.
Deities
The Deities of Vraja — Their history, temples and worship.
Personalities
The Lord’s associates, and the saints and acharyas who glorified Vraja.
Plants
Trees, shrubs and flowers from the pastimes — with photos, descriptions and verses from the shastras.

How we work
Every page
is researched
- Verses from the original sources. We check every quotation against the shastras.
- References link to Vedarama. You can open the source and read the verse in context.
- Our own photos from parikrama. We photograph the places and plants ourselves.
- QR codes in the Kunj. They hang on the trees and lead to each plant’s page. About the Kunj
How to help
Know more?
Tell us
We’d welcome your help. If you know stories or shlokas about the places and personalities of Vraja, or have noticed something there yourself, write to us and we’ll add it to the encyclopedia.
Every Vrajapedia page has a “Know more?” section — that’s the quickest way to reach us. Photos and accounts of your own parikramas are valuable too.
